Probably Stolen Achievements: All 21 and the Fastest Way to Each
Every achievement with its rarity, the exact condition the game checks, and the quickest route to unlock it.
Updated 2026-11-04 · Game data v1.0.0.6
Probably Stolen has 21 achievements, none hidden. Four of them — Lower Levels Special, An Eye for Value, First Steps and Comfortably Afloat — come naturally in a first run; the rest need a specific scenario, a store buyout or a focused production line.
Rarity is the global unlock rate on Steam. Conditions are what the game actually checks, which sometimes differs from the in-game description. Achievement names live on Steam, so the pairing of names to conditions follows the Steam descriptions.
Which achievements are the easiest?
These four are unlocked by more than 15% of players. Most come before your first rent day.
| Achievement | Rarity | Condition | Fastest way |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lower Levels Special | 69.5% | Change any label with a Labeler | Pick up a |
| An Eye for Value | 33.6% | 10 Perfect appraisals | Join the Appraiser Board — 85 credits on Price Gouge and Mark Up — and appraise carefully. The count is a Steam stat, so it adds up across runs. |
| First Steps | 28.5% | Finish The Mentor's tutorial | Start as Apprentice and follow The Mentor until the closing conversation. Fence, Gunsmith, Chemist and Rock Bottom skip the tutorial. |
| Comfortably Afloat | 19.5% | Total estimated worth above 10,000 at the start of a day | Your stock and installed machines count, not only cash. Do not dump inventory below value to raise cash. |
Which achievements come in a normal winning run?
These sit between 2% and 10%. A run that reaches the buyout usually picks up most of them along the way.
| Achievement | Rarity | Condition | Fastest way |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authorized | 7.7% | Buy a Business Permit | Buy it as soon as it is offered. It costs 500 on Price Gouge and 1,500 on Mark Up. |
| Industrious | 7.7% | Own 10 machines at the start of a day | Place the tenth machine before you sleep. The check counts the Machine item type; see the machines page for which equipment may not count. |
| Jackpot | 5.4% | Three Nutrifruits on a Scratcher | Pure luck: about 0.8% per |
| We Have Rats! | 3.2% | Start a Rat Wrangler run | It unlocks as soon as you receive your starting rats. Rat Wrangler is in the normal scenario menu. |
| Keys to the Kingdom | 3.0% | Buy the store | Pay the Landlord in cash or make the last mortgage payment. The deed planner shows the price for your day and difficulty. |
| Swimming in Credits | 2.6% | Total estimated worth above 100,000 at the start of a day | Keep playing after the buyout and stack a high-margin production line. |
| Diplomatic | 2.3% | Any faction at 200 reputation | Reputation is capped at 200; one faction is enough. The top perk at +100 is not the cap. |
Which achievements need a dedicated plan?
These are unlocked by 0.5% to 2% of players. Each needs a specific setup, but none needs a special scenario.
| Achievement | Rarity | Condition | Fastest way |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prodigious | 1.2% | Buy the store before Day 50 | Pay cash: on every difficulty the deed price stays flat until Day 50, so there is no penalty for buying early. A mortgage takes 8 to 16 weeks to clear. |
| Cranked to Eleven | 1.0% | One machine with modules adding up to 250 Quality | Fill one module bay with |
| Aug Hunter | 0.8% | Shoot 10 Augs | Take Aug Menace: Augs appear from Day 1 and never stop. Scan before you shoot — only Augs count. See the Augs guide. |
| Clean Hands | 0.6% | Buy the store without ever selling stolen goods or contraband that run | Checked at the buyout. Refuse anything with Heat and anything with a contraband tier from Day 1. Water Merchant and Hydroponic Farmer make legal income easiest. |
| Shiny | 0.6% | Store attractiveness of 1,000 | A |
Which achievements are the rarest?
Under 0.5% of players have these. Plan a whole run around each one.
| Achievement | Rarity | Condition | Fastest way |
|---|---|---|---|
| Snitches Get Riches | 0.4% | Report 10 criminals | Report Wanted List customers while they are in the store. The count is a Steam stat, so reports from several runs add up. Reporting costs Black Market reputation. |
| Say My Name | 0.2% | The Chem Finisher outputs a Lab Pure product | Chemist start, four Chemical Equipment Modules in the Chem Finisher and a container that is nearly pure extract. The chemist guide walks through it. |
| From Nothing | 0.1% | Buy the store on a Rock Bottom start | You start with 0 credits and no items. Survive the first rent days on scavenging before thinking about the deed. |
| From Nothing, the Hard Way | 0.1% | Buy the store on Rock Bottom on Thin Margins or harder | Thin Margins is enough; Red Ink gives nothing extra. From Nothing has no difficulty condition, so one Thin Margins win should unlock both. |
| Green Thumb | 0.1% | Harvest a Huge Nutrifruit | A plant at full health produces one. A plant at 96–99 health also can, if the Hydroponic System's Quality is above 100. Hydroponic Farmer starts with Hydroponic Systems and Nutrifruit seeds. |
In what order should you go for 100%?
A sensible order keeps each run doing one main job:
- First run, Apprentice on Mark Up. First Steps, Lower Levels Special, Comfortably Afloat, Authorized and, if the run goes well, Keys to the Kingdom. Join the Appraiser Board early so An Eye for Value builds in the background.
- Production run. Hydroponic Farmer for Green Thumb, or Chemist for Say My Name. Both reward a long run, so keep going after the buyout for Industrious, Cranked to Eleven and Swimming in Credits.
- Aug Menace run. Aug Hunter, and Snitches Get Riches if you report every Wanted List customer you see.
- Clean run. Clean Hands and Prodigious together: a legal-goods start, cash only, buyout before Day 50.
- Rock Bottom on Thin Margins. From Nothing and From Nothing, the Hard Way in one go.
Start a Rat Wrangler run once for We Have Rats! — it unlocks as soon as the run starts and you receive your rats, so you can abandon it straight away. Jackpot comes whenever it comes.
Which achievements can you stack in one run?
Four achievements are checked at the same moment: when you buy the store. Keys to the Kingdom, Prodigious, Clean Hands and From Nothing all fire on the buyout, so a clean Rock Bottom run that buys before Day 50 could take all four at once. That run is far harder than the four separately, though; Rock Bottom has no starting stock and Clean Hands rules out the highest-margin goods.
A more practical pairing is Swimming in Credits with Cranked to Eleven and Industrious: after the buyout the game continues, and a big machine floor pushes your estimated worth up while you build toward 250 Quality.
The scenario choice matters most. The starting scenarios guide compares all nine, and the Probably Stolen guide home links every other system page.
FAQ
How many achievements does Probably Stolen have?
21, and none of them are hidden. The rarest — From Nothing, From Nothing the Hard Way and Green Thumb — are each unlocked by about 0.1% of players.
Can you get several achievements in one run?
Yes. Buying the store before Day 50 on a Rock Bottom start without selling anything stolen or contraband would unlock Keys to the Kingdom, Prodigious, Clean Hands and From Nothing at the same moment, because all four are checked when you buy the store.
Do achievement counters carry over between runs?
The three counting achievements — An Eye for Value, Snitches Get Riches and Aug Hunter — are tracked as Steam stats rather than per run, so progress should add up across runs. Everything else has to happen within one run.
Does paying off the mortgage count for Keys to the Kingdom?
Yes. The buyout check fires both when you pay the Landlord in cash and when you make the last mortgage payment to the Loan Shark.
What is the hardest achievement in Probably Stolen?
From Nothing, the Hard Way: start on Rock Bottom with no credits and no items, play on Thin Margins or Red Ink, and still buy the store. The deed starts at 24,000 credits on Thin Margins.
Does relabeling a product count for Say My Name?
No. Say My Name checks the grade the Chem Finisher actually gives the product, which has to be Lab Pure, 99% purity or higher. The label does not matter.
